Maud Sobel
Maud SOBEL has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2010. She holds postgraduate diplomas from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne: Master (Magistère) in Business Law (2007) and Master (DEA) in General Private Law (2007). She also worked as an associate in the criminal unit at the Paris Court of appeal (2006-2008). Before building her own firm, Maud Sobel worked for METZNER ASSOCIES then VIGO.
Maud specialises in criminal law with a focus on white-collar and corporate crime, criminal liability aspects of labour law, criminal liability aspects of tax law, criminal liability aspects of financial markets law, criminal liability aspects of health care law and criminal liability aspects of consumer protection. She is also an expert in media law (defamation,and privacy).
She contributes to conferences at University Paris Sud in the Criminal Law Master, at the French National School for Judges (ENM) and at Sciences-Po Paris. Maud works mainly in French and English
