Sérafine Poyer
Sérafine POYER was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2008 and began her career in the employment department of the American law firm Latham & Watkins. Before starting her own law firm in September 2018, Sérafine POYER practiced in two Paris based law firms, Cotty Vivant and then Scotto & Associés, where she led the employment department during several years.
Sérafine has an extensive expertise in labour law and social security law, and advises as well as litigates (Labour Courts (CPH), Social Security Courts (TASS)).
She generally assists SMEs, as well as French and foreign groups in all their daily HR issues, be they individual or collective (social audits, information gathering, and consultations with staff representatives, reorganisations, etc.).
Sérafine has also developed specific senior executive / manager related expertise and helps negotiate the signing package (structuring executive pay) or she also advises their departure - whether voluntary or not - in pre-litigious or litigious situations.
Sérafine works mainly in French and English and holds a postgraduate degree in Social Protection Law from the University of Montpellier I and a Master in Employment Law from the University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris II).
